Toll charges and reimbursements

If you use toll roads while driving with Uber, here are the key points you need to know:

• Mount an E-Pass: Have an electronic toll pass in your vehicle to swiftly pass through toll stations.
• Toll costs are added to fares: Any tolls incurred during a trip are paid for by the rider and are automatically included in the final fare for the ride. You can see your total weekly toll reimbursements in your weekly earnings statement.
• No ServiceUber Fee on tolls: Uber doesn’t apply atheir service fee to the tolls you pay.

If you notice a missing toll charge in your fare:

• If you believe a toll has not been added to your fare, please let us know directly and indicate the trip in question. We will review your concern and make any necessary adjustments to the fare.
