The requirements for delivery partners in Japan are as follows:
On foot* or by Bicycle: - Passport or Residence card - Visa or Back of Residence card - A valid profile photo of yourself

Scooter (~125cc): - Driver’s license - Passport or Residence card - Visa or Back of Residence card - Automobile third party liability insurance - Photo of scooter number plate - A valid profile photo of yourself
Light cargo and Motorcycle (125cc~): - Driver’s license - Passport or Residence card - Visa or Back of Residence card - Automobile third party liability insurance - Subscription license of any insurance or co-sponsored insurance - Vehicle Inspection Certificate/Motorcycle Registration Certificate - Photo of Number Plate - A valid profile photo of yourself
When you upload an image, make sure:
the document image is clear
all text is legible
all 4 corners of the document are visible
images are of the original copy
MERGE DOCUMENTS
Note that we must receive the information in one single file (e.g. One image or one pdf). If your information is across different pages, you could take photos of each and merge them into a single file.
