What is the GMB Union and Uber Eats partnership?

Uber Eats is committed to ensuring that couriers have a strong voice in improving the courier experience.

The GMB Union is partnering with Uber Eats and couriers can now be represented on a range of issues affecting them. There will be regular forums for representatives to discuss a range of topics including: the price of trips to ensure that they are fair and health and safety issues.

GMB will also be able to formally represent members if they lose access to the Uber Eats app.
