Sådan fungerer afhentning i lufthavnen.

At the airport, the system is configured so that on-demand ride requests are assigned to vehicles on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis. Ride requests are prioritized to vehicles that have been waiting vacant in the queue for the longest time.

What is First-In, First-Out (FIFO)?

When a driver enters the Narita or Haneda Airport areas, they are automatically placed in a virtual queue on the system based on their arrival time. When a rider requests a ride at the airport, the request is sent to the vehicle that has been waiting vacant within the airport area for the longest duration. For example, if you were the second driver to enter the airport area, you would receive the second ride request. If you were the third driver to enter the area, you would receive the third request, and so on.

Do I only get a request if a rider is nearby?

No. Because the airport area is set up with the FIFO system, requests are assigned according to the order in the vacant queue within the FIFO area, regardless of the distance between the waiting vehicle and the passenger.

Notes :

  • Please be aware that your priority in the queue will be reset to the lowest position (i.e., you will be placed at the back of the line) in the following cases:
    • If you go offline even for a moment.
    • If the driver cancels a ride request.
    • If you do not respond to a ride request.
    • If you exit the airport premises.
  • When using the reservation feature, you can set the following airports as a destination:
    • Narita International Airport (NRT)
    • Haneda Airport (HND)
    • Osaka International Airport (ITM)
    • Fukuoka Airport (FUK)
    • Kansai International Airport (KIX)
    • Naha Airport (OKA)
