Using the Planner

How do I book a shift?

Go to the Planner section in your app, select a date and delivery zone, and then tap on an available time slot to reserve it.

When can I start booking shifts?

Shifts for the next week are released every Friday. You will be notified on Wednesday at 9 am about your specific booking time, which is based on your group.

What should I do if all the shifts are taken?

Check the Planner again later. Shifts are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, but slots may open up if other couriers cancel their reservations.

Can I cancel or change a booked shift?

You can cancel up to 1 hour in advance if you can’t make it to your shift for some reason. If you’re late, you can still go online, but it will impact your attendance record. In case of sickness, if you need to cancel within the hour of your shift start, please reach out to your staffing agency directly.
