After each Earnings Period ends, Uber calculates and finalises your Earnings Guarantee. Your Earnings Guarantee information usually becomes available in the Uber Driver app within 7 days after the end of the Earnings Period.
You can view your Earnings Guarantee information by going to:
Earnings → Earnings Guarantee
Select the relevant Earnings Period to view detailed information.
If you’re eligible for an earnings top-up, you’ll also see the payment in your weekly statement, earnings activity and Wallet payout activity.

Gross earnings: All earnings received during the Earnings Period.
Net earnings: Gross earnings excluding tips, toll reimbursements, and other ad-hoc payments that are not counted towards the Earnings Guarantee.
Guaranteed minimum: The minimum amount you should earn for the Earnings Period based on your Engaged Time and the applicable minimum hourly rate for the vehicle used to complete deliveries.

Earnings top-up: Any earnings top-up paid for the Earnings Period to ensure you are paid no less than the Earnings Guarantee.
Earnings Period total: Your final earnings amount for the Earnings Period after any earnings top-up has been applied.
There are three common reasons you may not be able to see your Earnings Guarantee information:
1. The Earnings Period is still in progress
Your Earnings Guarantee can’t be calculated until the Earnings Period is complete.

2. Your Earnings Guarantee is still being calculated
Your Earnings Guarantee information usually becomes available within 7 days after the end of the Earnings Period.
3. Your Earnings Guarantee is being reviewed
In limited circumstances, an Earnings Guarantee may be reviewed before it is finalised.
If this happens:
you will receive a notification via email and in-app message explaining that a review is underway
any earnings top-up for that Earnings Period may be temporarily delayed until the review is complete
the Earnings Period will not appear in the Earnings Guarantee section of the Uber Driver app
information relating to that Earnings Period will be communicated directly to you via email and in-app message as part of the review process
Most reviews are completed within 14 days after the end of the Earnings Period, although some reviews may take longer depending on the circumstances.
You do not need to take any action while a review is in progress. Once the review is complete, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
