Hotels bookings and confirmations

You can view your upcoming, ongoing, and past Hotel bookings in Uber Hotels and your booking confirmation can be found in a confirmation email as well as the Activity Hub section of your Uber app. Your receipt for your Uber Hotel booking will be sent along with the confirmation email, and can be viewed in the booking details page directly from the app.

Canceling your booking

To cancel your booking:

1. Go to Uber Hotels in your Uber app

2. Select Reservations at the top of the page

3. Select the booking you’d like to cancel. Please keep in mind that you will only be able to cancel eligible bookings before your check in time. Further information can be found in the cancellation policy section of your booking.

Getting a refund on your booking

To receive a refund on your booking, you must book a refundable room. Not all rooms are refundable. You can see whether your booking is refundable at the time of booking or when you cancel.
