Delivery partners need an insulated bag to keep orders at their ideal temperature while driving from the restaurant to the eater's location. To ensure we provide the best customer experience, we help you validate that your bag meets the necessary requirements.
To get your bag validated, you will need to submit a photo with your bag and your identity card on it following the link 'Upload the photo of your bag' below.
Here are the requirements that your insulated bag should meet:
- It should have thermal insulation to keep the food's temperature
- It should look clean and well maintained (not to jeopardize hygiene and safety standards)
- It should have internal separators to split Cold and Hot food
- It should have the following minimum dimensions: 35 cm width x 35 cm depth x 46 cm height
Please, note that we accept insulated bags without the Uber Eats brand.
To send us the correct photo of your bag and your identity card on it, please check the following instructions:
- Your bag is open to show the thermal insulation
- Your identity card displays clearly your name and photo
- Your entire bag and ID are visible in the photo

Once you submit the picture, the approval process will take up to 24 hours.
