If a customer's request requires an additional fee, you can adjust the price at your restaurant. For example, if a customer requests extra cheese on a hamburger, you can add an additional fee.
Tap "Help" in the upper right corner of the order page.
Select "Price Adjustment."
Enter the "Amount Adjusted" and "Reason for Adjustment."
Leave the "Tax Rate" field blank and click "Confirm."
Once you enter the "Amount Adjusted," the total price will be automatically adjusted. If you want to reduce the price, such as by adding a smaller portion of rice, enter a "-" (minus sign) before the amount.
Next, tap "Price Adjustment."
