This usually happens when your request is declined from being sent to our closest partners due to some requirements that your payment method and account should meet before moving forward.

Most of the time, an error message is displayed stating why the request was refused. By following the instructions, you may be able to attempt again. If it persists, carry out the following check:

Payment:

  1. Go to “Account”.
  2. Select “Wallet.
  3. Confirm that the registered payment methods are still active or have an adequate balance. If you need to update them, just select the one you need or add a new payment method.

Account:

With payment methods verified, go to “Account” and click on your photo or symbol next to your name. Under Uber Account and Account Information, confirm if there is any recommended action for your profile.
