Beginning April 7, 2025, we will be introducing a reorder request system for delivery requests.
If a courier accepts a delivery request but does not show up at the pickup location, we will notify the courier in advance and then reissue the delivery request to another courier.
The introduction of this system will prevent delays and provide a smoother delivery environment.
