I lost or misplaced my Fuel Card

To replace a lost or misplaced card, please go to your Fuel Card page, select "Cancel Card", then "Add New Card" at the top of the page to request a new card. Please make sure to enter a shipping address where you'll be able to receive the card and not a P.O. Box. We'll make sure your old card is cancelled. Your new card should arrive within 7-10 business days.
