I'm unable to go online (iOS)

If you are unable to go online, it may be due to several issues. You can help yourself by using the troubleshooting tips below.

1. Try signing in and out of the Driver Partner app. This can update your online status. If you are having issues signing in, go here:
2. Your location settings may be turned off, or you may be experiencing a network issue. Troubleshooting solutions are provided below.
3. Your Driver Partner app may not be up to date.
4. Check that all your documents are active.
