I'm unable to update account information

In the Driver App:
You can use the Driver App to update your phone number, email address, password, and home address by following the steps below:

1. Open your app. You can either tap the 3 lines in the left hand corner OR your photo in the top right corner.
2. Select "Account" from the top menu.
3. Tap "Edit Account."
4. Select the info you want to edit.
5. Enter your updated info.

You will receive a message to your new email address or phone number, depending on what you changed. You can then confirm the changes.

In order to update your phone number, you will be asked to verify your phone number through a one-time code sent via SMS. A verification code will be sent to the new phone number via text message. Enter the 4-digit code sent to you.
On the Web:
You can also use the Partner Dashboard to access and edit this account information by following the steps below:

1. Log in using your user name and password .
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen, then click on "My Profile".
3. On the following screen, you can update your email, phone number, and address.
4. Click "Update" to save.
If you're unable to update the account information via the Driver App or Partner Dashboard, please fill the below fields and click on "Submit" to reach out to support.
