My Consecutive Trips Promotion is missing or incorrect

You can review your Consecutive Trips Promotion in the Other Payments section of your payment statement. You can also review it in-app by following the steps below:

- Tap your profile photo in the upper right corner of the app.
- Tap the "Earnings" icon.
- Tap "Earnings details."
- Scroll down to see the Consecutive Trips Promotion line in your earnings breakdown.

Your Consecutive Trips Promotion payout should be reflected on your payment statement within 24 hours, but sometimes it may not appear until the end of the week. For example, if you complete a Consecutive Trips Promotion on Wednesday, it may take until the following Monday at 4 AM to appear on your payment statement.
