UberPool temporarily unavailable

In our efforts to help protect you, your riders, and our community, we are suspending the Uber Pool product in the United States and Canada effective 3/16. The decision was made based on guidance from our consulting epidemiologist, public health authorities, and conversations with local governments. But, currently all other types of Uber products, including UberX and deliveries on Uber Eats, are still available.

We're reminding riders that your willingness to continue driving is helping to support the community during this challenging time. In keeping your well-being in mind, we're asking riders who need to travel to:
-Wash their hands before and after entering your car
-Give you space by sitting in the back seat
-Cover their mouth or nose if they cough or sneeze
-Consider rolling down the window to improve ventilation

Your safety and well-being is a top priority, and we'll continue to monitor the situation closely to do our part to help protect those who ride and drive using the Uber app.
