Under certain conditions, when a fare is especially high it will be flagged for manual review by Uber's team. Sometimes this may result in a longer waiting period for the fare to be cleared and paid out.
Manual review is used for security purposes. Once the payment is cleared by the Uber team, it will be eligible for payment. If you do not see payment for this trip after one payment statement, please contact Uber's support team to report a missing payment.
