Based on the advice of public health authorities, Greenlight Hubs in the US and Canada will be temporarily closed to slow down spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Greenlight Hubs will be closed beginning Friday, March 13, until further notice.
This is in an effort to encourage social distancing that will help protect those who drive and deliver on our platform, as well as Uber customer support experts.. We recognize this may create challenges, and are working quickly to further expand online and phone support options. If you need help with any Uber issues, you can reach out to Uber support in-app.
This decision was not made lightly, but we've made it in an effort to keep both drivers and Greenlight Hub staff safe. You can find resources and regular updates on our response to the coronavirus at the link below.
