Flex Pay Requirements

The money available for the transfer with Flex Pay is the amount you have made so far, referring to the price of the trips and dynamic rates, when applicable.

All amounts made through promotions or referrals will be included in your normal weekly transfer and cannot be transferred with Flex Pay.

Remember that Flex Pay can only be requested once a day.

The requirements for requesting the Flex Pay are as follows:

• Not having vehicle partners linked to your account.
• Have completed more than 25 trips/orders with the Uber app.
• Be active on the platform for at least 2 weeks.
• Have your own vehicle.
• Your account must not be under review for security risk.
• You must not be currently paying your vehicle financing or a lien process.
