Removing Uber Eats storefront web page

You can ask questions or direct concerns about an old storefront page to our Support team. Requests for a storefront page to be removed from the web will be processed within five (5) business days.

To opt out or modify information of an old storefront page, please email merchants@uber.com with this information:

  • Name
  • Contact info
  • Store name(s)
  • Store address(es)

Your store page may still live on the site for informational purposes for our users. Keeping the page live is beneficial because it drives visibility for your business. However, modifications to store pages are not allowed for merchants that are no longer active on Uber Eats.
