To see your success score in Uber Eats Manager, follow these steps:
Log in to Uber Eats Manager with your username and password.
Click the the Success Score widget in the top-right corner of your Uber Eats Manager homepage or click the Performance tab > then Success Score.
On the Success Score page, you’ll see the score for each of your stores and how each store executed across the areas that go into the score. Those areas include: operational excellence, menu details, ratings, and sustainable packaging (where applicable).
If you manage multiple stores, you will be able to click into each of them to get specific insights for each metric.
To the right of your Success Score, you’ll see a box with an overview of the benefits you’ve unlocked. Click the box or scroll to the bottom of the page to see a full list of the benefits your store has unlocked with its success score.
Toward the middle of the page, you’ll also see Recommendations for ways that may help improve certain areas of your success score.
