Report tipping issue

Uber app currently offers three tipping options, allowing you to choose between “Upfront tipping”, “On-trip tipping” or “Post-trip tipping”.

Please note that tipping is optional, and you may decide both whether and how much to tip. Uber only applies a charge once you’ve opted to provide a tip. Before submitting, please double-check if you have any concerns.

Certain tipping options are available only for credit card Uber Taxi trips. For more information, refer to “How to add your tip to the trip”

Currently available tipping options:

• Upfront tipping: Only available to Uber Taxi. You can pay by Cash or credit card
• On-trip tipping or Post-trip tipping: Applicable to all trip types, currently only support credit card payments
