WHAT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE IN MY CITY?

Each city has different plans available. Many cities offer Boost Plans for qualifying residents. Some cities also offer Student Plans through participating partner universities. Additionally, there are other monthly plans that may be available.

In Washington DC, JUMP offers Boost Plans for qualified residents.

WHAT KIND OF DISCOUNTS DO I GET?

The Washington DC Boost Plan gives users 30 minutes of free ride time per day with a $.25 per-minute rate after the initial 30 minutes are used.

The Washington DC Boost plan costs $5/month.

Please note, in order to process the payment for your plan, you will need a valid credit or debit on file with your Uber/JUMP account. At this time, we cannot use Uber Cash, Uber gift cards, or other prepaid cards to process plan payments.

All JUMP subscription plans require the following: - Submission of qualifying documents - A valid payment method (credit or debit card) associated with your Uber/JUMP account

WHAT QUALIFYING DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?

The JUMP Boost Plan in Washington DC is available to anyone currently enrolled in one of the following programs: - Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP) - Residential Aid Discount (RAD) by Pepco - Residential Essential Service (RES) by Washington Gas - Resident of DC Housing Authority property or enrolled in DCHA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program - Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)

Please submit documentation showing your enrollment in one of these programs to get started on the Washington DC Boost Plan.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS?

Use the form below to attach a photo of the document required to sign up for your desired plan. Please make sure your name is visible and legible and matches the name on your Uber account.

If your documentation belongs to a spouse, relative, or domestic partner, you will need to provide proof of residency showing that you share the same address. This can come in the form of a driver’s license, or any bill with a matching address to the qualifying document.
