I'm getting an error when scanning a scooter

We apologize for the inconvenience. We're constantly looking to improve the JUMP Starter app and appreciate your patience and feedback.

JUMP Starters often find that some basic troubleshooting steps can fix most common app errors:
- Force quit the app and restart
- Log out and log back in to your JUMP Starter account

If you still run into the issue while scanning a vehicle for drop off, we can manually drop off the scooter for you.

For us to manually drop off the scooter, please first cancel the task and place the scooter inside a drop off zone.

Next, please fill out the form below to request a manual drop off. Our customer support team will require a photo of the dropped off scooter, so please make sure to take a picture of the scooter.
