I'm getting an error when scanning a scooter

We apoloigize for inconvenience. We're constantly looking to improve the JUMP Starter app and appreciate your patience and feedback.

JUMP Starters often find that some basic troubleshooting steps can fix most common app errors:
- Cancel the task and rescan
- Force quit the app and restart
- Log out and log back in to your JUMP Starter account

If you still run into the issue while scanning a vehicle for pick up, we can manually add the pick up to our records. Please take the scooter to your local JUMP Warehouse for drop off and fill out the form below.

Note: It is important to include a screenshot of your error so we can prevent errors like this in the future.
