I'm getting an error when scanning a scooter

We apologize for the inconvenience. We're constantly looking to improve the JUMP Starter app and appreciate your patience and feedback.

JUMP Starters often find that some basic troubleshooting steps can fix most common app errors:
- Cancel the task and rescan
- Force quit the app and restart
- Log out and log back in to your JUMP Starter account

Please also double check the vehicle number to make sure you are scanning the correct scooter.

If you still run into the issue while scanning a scooter for pick up, we can manually add the pick up to our records.

First, please fill out the form below. Next, please take the scooter to your local JUMP Warehouse. Finally, when you drop off the vehicle at the warehouse, please take a photo of the dropped off scooter and send it to our support team.
