Connectivity issues can sometimes cause problems with processing the task, which can prevent the vehicle from unlocking.
Try to cancel the task and then re-scan the vehicle. Sometimes this can trigger a successful unlock.
If retrying doesn't unlock the vehicle, you are still free to take the vehicle to the JUMP Warehouse as long as you can safely move it.
If you're unable to safely move it, please leave the vehicle where it is and our team will come by to pick it up.
