Connectivity issues can sometimes cause problems with processing the task, which can prevent the vehicle from unlocking.
JUMP Starters often find that some basic troubleshooting steps can fix most common app errors:
- Cancel the task and rescan
- Force quit the app and restart
- Log out and log back in to your JUMP Starter account
Sometimes these steps can force a successful unlock.
If retrying doesn't unlock the vehicle, you are still free to take the scooter to the JUMP Warehouse as long as you can safely move it.
If you're unable to safely move it, please leave the scooter where it is and our team will come by to pick it up.
