Canceling a trip

If you accept a trip request but are unable to meet the rider, you can use your app to cancel on your end:

1. Tap the menu icon in the bottom right corner
2. Tap the three dot icon next to the rider’s name
3. Tap “CANCEL”
4. Select your cancellation reason
