License Copy Required for Alcohol Deliveries in Kentucky

You must have an electronic or physical copy of the merchant’s license authorizing alcohol sales while executing an alcohol delivery in the state of Kentucky. You may be asked by Law Enforcement to show the merchant’s alcohol license during an alcohol delivery. This list will be updated when there are new merchants conducting alcohol delivery through the Uber Eats platform.
