Below are the common reasons for document rejection.

Wrong document

If your document was rejected because it is not what we require, tap the link below to see the list of correct document requirements.

Poor image quality

If your document was rejected for poor image quality, make sure:

• its image is clear,
• all text is legible,
• all 4 corners of the document are visible, and
• it is the original copy.

In addition, please note that we must receive the information in 1 single file (e.g. 1 image or 1 PDF). If your information is across different pages, you should merge them into a single file.

How to upload documents

You can re-upload your documents in your Partner Dashboard.

Once uploaded, documents are generally reviewed within 2-24 hours.
