Your carrier’s cancellation score is determined by the number of load cancellation penalties incurred over your last 20 bookings. Before confirming a cancellation, you’ll be able to review how it will impact your score.
Keep in mind that cancellations are a part of your carrier’s overall Reliability score. Learn about how your Reliability score affects your carrier’s standing by checking out this link.
Cancellation penalties will be waived whenever a cancellation is caused by an unexpected delay on a previous Uber Freight load.
If we don’t automatically catch a cancellation caused by a delay, you can report it through the process outlined in this article.
