Missing trip in statement

When you complete a trip, it should appear almost immediately in the Earnings section of your app and the Earnings page on drivers.uber.com. Both pages display every trip completed in the current week.

In some cases, it may take up to 48 hours for a trip to display in your app. We can only review and adjust fares reported within 10 days of the trip date. Submissions received after this period may be automatically closed.

Here are some common situations that can make it take longer for your trip to display in the app:

  • There was poor internet connectivity during the trip.
  • You had a high-fare trip that requires additional review.
  • There were routine system updates or server processing times.

Each week begins on Monday at 3:59 am local time and ends at 3:59 am the following Monday. If a trip was completed before 3:59 am on a Monday,it may appear in the previous week’s pay statement.
