The delivery person is prompted to return the package to the pickup location if:
If the delivery person calls you for help, you can provide additional dropoff instructions or ask them to initiate the return in the app and bring the package back.
Your account will be charged for the return.
The delivery person may cancel the trip at any time, including if the package contains prohibited items (outlined in your contract) or doesn’t follow our guidelines.
If your package follows our guidelines and doesn’t contain any prohibited items, please request another delivery.
You can call us at 1-866-987-3750 between 10:30am and 11pm ET daily for help. We’ll follow up with the delivery person accordingly.
You can request a new delivery to send them the correct package. You will be responsible for the cost of delivery.
