You can view your Uber credit balance by selecting "Payment" from the menu. Your credit amount is displayed in the currency the credit was issued in. Please note that Uber credit cannot be transferred from one currency into another.
Uber credit will automatically apply by default to your next trip. Before or during a trip, you can select your preferred payment method and toggle your Uber credit on or off.
When a trip ends, your selected payment method is charged. If Uber credit is toggled off, your default payment account is charged the full trip payment. If Uber credit is toggled on but less than your trip payment, the remainder of the trip payment is charged to your payment account.
If you have a free trip on your account, this will automatically be your next trip. Free trips cannot be toggled off.
