If the discount is not applied, there are the following possibilities. Before using, please check the applicable conditions before using. 　 * The item you ordered was a restaurant / store that is not eligible for the discount (only the restaurant / store with the gold icon is displayed).　 * Ordered less than 1,200 yen from restaurants or 1,400 yen from convenience stores or 3,000 yen from non-convenience stores and non- restaurants (excluding service fee, marketplace fee, delivery fee, and small order fee) including tax.

Note:

  • Uber One applies only to shipping charges. You must pay all fees associated with your order, including product prices and other fees.
  • Rakuten / Uber One 4 Month Free Trial Campaign users must use Rakuten Pay or Rakuten Card as a payment method in order to get Uber One benefits.
  • You get different discounts depending on the plan you registered.
  • If there are fewer delivery partners, a busy area fee may apply when ordering from a distant restaurant or store.
