My driver misentered the taxi fare

The driver may add toll charge in meter fare so you may have duplicate charge or you may be asked to pay toll charge on-site. If you would like us to review an incorrect toll charge, please let us know below.

Sometimes the driver accidentally enters the wrong amount so please let us know if you are overpaid or underpaid.

💬 Requesting a Formal Investigation

If you would like a formal review or administrative action from local authorities regarding an unfair route or fare, you may file a complaint through the Dasan Call Center (Area code + 120). Please be prepared to provide the vehicle number and trip time when filing your report.
