Contacting a driver about an Uber Health or Central ride

If you need to communicate specific information to a driver when arranging a ride for someone, such as details about a pickup or dropoff location, call the driver:

1. Sign in to central.uber.com or health.uber.com.
2. Search for the rider or select the ride card from “Awaiting pickup” or “In progress” beneath “Today’s activity”.
3. Select Contact Driver.
4. Click the phone icon.
5. Enter your phone number to receive a phone call.
6. Press 1 to be connected with the driver.

The search feature on the Uber Health dashboard will require an exact match on the first or last name of the rider and does not support phone number search.

If the driver doesn’t answer, leave a voicemail with the details and a callback number.
