Managing Coordinators

Only Uber Health admins can add and delete coordinators in the Uber Health dashboard.

To add a new coordinator:

  1. Sign in to the admin dashboard.
  2. Select the Team tab on the left.
  3. Select People > Add People.
  4. While adding the required coordinator information, do not enter a phone number in the optional Mobile number field.
  5. Select a group. If you haven’t created customized groups, select General.
    • Coordinators added to a group that does not have “Healthcare Rides” activated will not have access to the Uber Health dashboard.
  6. Select Invite.

Coordinators will receive a verification email. Their status will remain as “Pending” with an orange dot until the account is verified. Once the employee verifies their account, the dot will change to green.

To delete a coordinator:

  1. Sign in to business.uber.com.
  2. Select Team on the left and find the person you no longer want to be on the account.
  3. Check the box next to their name.
  4. Select Delete.

To resend an invite to join your organization:

  1. Go to business.uber.com.
  2. Select the Team tab on the left.
  3. Select the People tab on the left.
  4. Select the pending employees.
  5. Select Resend Invite.

Roles and Permissions

Permissions and roles can be managed in the admin dashboard.

Roles available

  • Coordinator: Requests and monitors rides, downloads past trip .CSV files, and has access to trip support on behalf of patients.
  • Administrator: Has the same access as coordinators but they additionally have access to the admin dashboard where they can add or manage users and manage payment and billing options. Admins can also create plans and benefits, and add members to the Uber Health dashboard, and change trip preferences in the Uber Health dashboard.
  • Sustainability Manager: Has access exclusively to the sustainability dashboard. They can see sustainability metric details, trends over time, and download insights. There is no limit to the number of sustainability managers that admins can assign.

Anyone on the Uber Health account can receive monthly billing statements.
