If your rider requests to make a stop during their trip:
- Continue the trip in the app. Do not end the trip until you reach the final destination.
- The fare will include time spent waiting during any stops, as well as the distance traveled.
- Swipe Complete trip only once the rider has left your vehicle at their final destination.
Fare calculation
Your trip fare depends on:
- The total time on the trip, including any wait time at stops.
- The total distance covered, including any additional travel to stops before the final destination.
Special note for Uber reserve
- Uber Reserve trips have a fixed upfront fare.
- The standard time and distance pricing does not apply to them.
