Document Requirements for Fleet

To be a Fleet Manager, you and the drivers in your fleet must have commercial insurance and registration. Additional document requirements may apply depending on your city. For more information, visit uber.com/us/en/drive/

Document Review Times

Documents are typically reviewed within 2-3 hours, but the process can take up to 24 hours. If you need your documents processed faster, contact Support below. Note to California drivers: Processing times may be longer for commercial documents.

Uploading Fleet Vehicle Documents

To upload fleet vehicle documents, follow these steps:

  1. Go to supplier.uber.com
  2. Select Vehicles at the top of the screen
  3. Select the vehicle you want to upload documents for
  4. Under “Vehicle Requirements,” select the document you would like to upload
