General issues with On-site Task offers

On-site Task requests are not appearing

On-site Tasks are available to a select group of drivers and couriers.

If On-site Task requests are not appearing, follow these steps:

  1. Confirm you’re signed up for On-site Tasks in the Work Hub section of the driver app
  2. Confirm that On-site Tasks is turned on in your app under Preferences

Availability for On-site Tasks depends on demand in your area. No opportunities may be available right now.

When On-site Tasks are available in your area, they will appear on the homepage of your Driver app.

I’m not getting On-site Task requests anymore

On-site Tasks eligibility and availability may change over time. If access becomes available again, it will appear directly in the app.

What happens if I decline an On-site Task request?

Declining On-site Tasks does not impact your acceptance rate for rides, deliveries, or other earning opportunities.
