When will my account be active?

If you already are a delivery partner and want to take Uber Moto trips, you must meet some requirements:

  • Have received and accepted the invitation to the Uber Moto modality via the app or email.
  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Possess a permanent driver’s license (CNH), category A with EAR.
  • Motorcycle with manufacturing year from 2008 or forward for São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and 1996 or forward for other cities.
  • Have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use.

How to accept the terms of use and activate Uber Moto?

Enter the app and follow these steps:

  • Go to the MENU.
  • Click on “INBOX”.
  • Open the message with the title “Uber Moto: a new earning opportunity for you”
  • Click “SUBSCRIBE” and then “ACTIVATE UBER MOTO”.
  • Read the Terms and Conditions of Use and click “I AGREE”.

I am not receiving requests for Uber Moto trips
