Check if the order is ¨Leave at door¨. In order to check this, check under the customer’s name if the order has the option “Leave at door”. In this case, there is no need to wait for the customer. Leave the order in the indicated place and mark it as “Completed”. You can also send a photo of the order to the customer to show that you left it at their door.
If the order is not to be left at the door, and you need more information to complete the order, try contacting the customer by phone or by message. You will find the icon in the upper right corner. Try calling the customer at least 2 times by phone, or texting them 2 times consecutively.
If the customer doesn’t respond, wait for 7 minutes. Afterwards, if you’re still unable to contact the customer, or they decline the order, you can mark the order as “unable to deliver” once the timer in your app has finished.
This can be up to 7 minutes.
