To upload or update documents on your account, simply log into your partner area partners.uber.com or use your Uber Driver application.
If you have been notified that one of your documents has been rejected or expired, this could be mainly because:
- the image is blurry or dark
- the document is not visible in its entirety
- all four corners of your documents are not visible
- the document is expired
- the document uploaded does not correspond to the one requested
How quickly will my documents be approved?
It usually takes 72 hours to verify uploaded documents. To simplify the registration process, please follow the rules below.
