Scheduled bank deposits usually take up to 5 business days to reach your bank account.
Flex Pay deposits usually take between 2 - 5 business days to reach your bank account.
If you edit your bank account details before the Monday cut-off, e.g. on a Sunday, the payment will reach your account the following Thursday.
As a reminder, we calculate payments on a weekly cycle, which begins at 4:00 AM on Monday and goes to 3:59 AM the following Monday. Each day of the payment cycle is broken down below:
-Monday: Previous week's payment cycle ends, current week's payment cycle begins and payments are processed and deposited.
-Tuesday through Wednesday: Payments should appear in your account.
If your banking information is incorrect, the payment will not be processed and the balance will be automatically returned to your account. After updating your banking info a new payment will be automatically attempted. Flex pay payments will be updated to the latest earning balance.
Also, remember if your weekly payout amount has not reached the minimum threshold for transfer in your country, the transfer of your earnings will be postponed.
The held amount will be saved as part of your earnings balance until your next weeks’ earnings reach the designated minimum threshold for transfer.
In case the threshold hasn’t been reached for 4 consecutive weeks, your earnings will be transferred in full regardless.
