Uber Hero allows you to upload required documents for your lead.
You can also see the status of uploaded documents (pending, approved or rejected) and re-upload a document if needed. Document review typically happens between 24 and 48 hours after upload.
If a document was rejected, you can see why in the Uber Hero app. This helps you understand the issue with the initial document and allows you to replace it with the right one.
If your lead would like to know more about their documents, they can contact us though the Help section of their Uber app or help.uber.com. Due to privacy laws, we can only discuss account information with the account holder.
