- Verify that you are within the approved service area.
- Check if you have any filters enabled (for payment type, user rating, destination, etc.).
- Move to an area in the city with higher demand.
- Restart your phone or the Uber Driver app.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Uber Driver app.
- If you can accept more than one type of Uber ride with your vehicle, make sure all options are active, or try switching between options.
If, after trying the above steps, you still do not receive requests, it may be due to demand. We recommend:
