If you get a short-distance trip from the airport, we will hold your spot in the queue so you can return to the same airport and get another trip quickly.
Priority Queue Access remains in place even if you go offline or do other trips before returning to the airport’s queue. Just be sure to return to the queue before the pass expires.
You will always know if a trip is eligible for Priority Queue Access because it will be displayed on the request screen.
If you do not see the notification when you confirmed the trip, then the trip is not eligible for Priority Queue Access.
