What is Store Pickups?

Store Pickups is a feature in the Uber App that lets users request extra tasks or favors. Examples include:
Picking up clothes from the dry cleaner.
Collecting an item from a store to deliver to a specific place.
Conducting express pickups at supermarkets or shopping centers.

How To Use Store Pickups

You’ll get an Store Pickups request in the App.
If you accept, you’ll go to the starting point to pick up the Store Pickups.
Complete the Store Pickups by going to the delivery point provided in the App.

Please Note: * Communicate with the requester through the Uber app to agree on collection, payment, and delivery details. * Make sure the Store Pickups complies with our Terms and Conditions. Store Pickups should not be used to transport people, illegal items, or anything against Uber guidelines.

Prohibited Store Pickups and Items

Do not use Store Pickups for these purposes: * Transportation or actions against individuals/animals. * Handling firearms, weapons, ammo, or parts. * Dealing with money, gift cards, lottery tickets, bearer securities, valuable metals, jewels, or precious stones. * Moving hazardous materials (except household cleaners). * Trafficking livestock, regulated species, or their parts. * Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activities. * Actions against Uber’s general terms and community guidelines.

Penalties: * Violating these rules can result in immediate suspension or account termination. * Legal action can be taken for delivering illegal or unsafe products.

Allowed Store Pickups and Item Specifications

Items must fit in your motorcycle or bike.
Items should be sealed; documents should be in an envelope (preferably plastic).
The item’s initial value should not exceed 2000 MXN.
All sent items and Store Pickups must be legal and follow Uber policies.
