Sometimes the Uber system is faulty and your application may not be working properly. In this type of cases, we propose the following:
1. Force the closing of the app.
2. Restart your mobile phone.
3. Update the Uber app.
4. Update your navigation apps.
5. Make sure you have the Wifi on your phone turned on (Settings> Wireless).
6. Make sure you have the GPS of your phone turned on (Settings> Privacy> Location Services).
7. Enable and disable airplane mode (Settings> Airplane Mode).
8. Re-open your Uber app.
