Acceptance rate:
Your acceptance rate reflects the number of trip requests you’ve accepted out of the last 100 exclusive requests sent directly to you (Trip Radar requests excluded).
Cancellation rate:
Your cancellation rate is the number of trips you’ve canceled out of your last 100 accepted trips (including matched Trip Radar requests).
We understand that circumstances can prevent you from completing every trip, and that’s perfectly fine. However, maintaining a low cancellation rate is important to ensure reliability, positive rider experiences, and a positive impact on other drivers.
When a rider cancels a trip, it does not affect your acceptance or cancellation rates.
Note that acceptance rates and cancellation rates are not considered for promotional purposes in California.
Is my last 100 “trips” based on all requests offered to me on the Uber app?
Yes, the app considers activity from all of your trips (including both rides and deliveries) when it calculates your cancellation rate. The app considers all exclusive requests offered directly to you (both rides and deliveries) when it calculates your acceptance rate; it does not include trip radar in acceptance rate calculations.
Where can I see my acceptance rate and cancellation rate?
You can view your acceptance rate and cancellation rate in the app by following the steps below:

Why your rate might not change immediately
It’s possible to accept many new trip requests, or avoid cancellations, but not see your rate change immediately. This is because the impact of each new trip depends on what it’s replacing in your history:
